I assess, evaluate, and treat mental health disorders; not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, psychotic disorder, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders. I respect other cultures, continue to discover and learn other cultures, approach each individual with respect and non-judgmental way. My practice is focused on individuals and families’, working to develop personalized treatment plan that would best suit their needs.
I tend to take holistic approach, mixing psychotherapy and medication management. I focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and the importance motivation, positive habit formation, and positive thinking process. Ultimately, my goal is to be supportive and enable others to make positive changes in their lives.
***I do not do neuropsychological testing, which is learning disability (ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, etc) diagnostic evaluation. These needs to be done via Neuropsychologist. I will help you manage your symptoms of these disorder after the diagnosis. ***
